This very special 4 week old kitten was found by us after dark, scared and all alone in an empty parking lot, screaming, skinny, dirty, limping, barely breathing, and unable to see.
We weren't sure he was going to make it through the night. Seven weeks later, he is experiencing an amazing recovery. He is a normal, happy, extremely playful baby who loves people and craves attention. His left eye is on the mend but he isn't bothered by it in any way. He has excellent litter box habits. He is comfortable around small dogs and is fascinated by big cats. He is in foster care and has received a clean bill of health from his vet and is ready for adoption. He has had his first two sets of vaccinations including leukemia, has been dewormed and fecal checked, FELV/FIV tested negative, his eye was stained for an active ulcer and that too, tested negative. He will be microchipped for his new family with prepaid registration fees.
He can go home today, but will need to be neutered when he gets a little older. We'll pay for that, too. We are insisting he go to an indoor only home, as that will ensure he live a long healthy life safe from cars, predators, poisoning, inclement weather, etc. Riley's adoption fee is only $25.

We will prepay Riley's neuter surgery, if not performed before adoption.
We will be prepay services performed by our veterinarian Dr. Ingrid Marien in Blueball.
(4 miles north of Monroe on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd.) If you prefer to use your own vet, we will discuss with you an amicable compromise.
